How long does shipping usually take?
All of my items for sale are made to order!
Non preorder items typically will ship in 1-2 working weeks from your purchase date.
Pre-order items will ship up to 4 working weeks after the pre-order ends!
-I work a full time job outside of running this business by myself on the side so please be patient with me! :-)
Do you accept returns?
I currently do not accept returns on a product unless I mess something up on my end.
If a product is damaged in shipment, or if you are missing something in your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to me by email for it to be resolved!!!
Can the shipping price be adjusted? Why is it so expensive?
Shipping costs are unfortunately very high currently. I wish I could make shipping costs cheaper, especially for little things like stickers. Unfortunately shipping costs are linked directly to, and are calculated from USPS themselves. Therefore, shipping costs are as accurate as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently just to the UK :-( Hopefully in the future I can continue to ship elsewhere. Currently the extra tariffs being given to the buyer is quite pricey, and I don't want any buyers to feel duped by the extra cost upon delivery. If the buyer refuses to pay the tariff, the product is destroyed and everyone loses.
Will this ship in time for my event or concert date?
I try my best to communicate delivery times and shipping ETA's. Most of the time depending on the 4 week shipping period, it would be delivered in time. I try to plan accordingly with shows. If you need something for a specific date please email me and I could potentially push your order to the front of the queue!
Oh no! I put the wrong shipping address!

Oh no! I forgot to order something and now I placed 2 seperate orders!
That is okay! Email me your order information and I can combine them, and refund you any extra shipping costs.
